About The Program

The CORE Ski Lift Operator Training Program is designed to acclimate and train the newly-hired lift attendant or lift operator, and is essential for cross-training, mid-season hires, and training documentation.

* How did we get these figures? Excellent question. The total number of learners, multiplied by a conservative number of hours (1.5 days - or 12 hours of training), times $14 per hour for trainees. Add to that, a conservative number of trainers per cohort size (5 to 1, 25 to 2, 75 to 5, 150 to 8) multiplied by 12 hours, times $17 per hour.  

This program launches October 2023.
