Additional program features

Self-Paced Training: Learners complete the five-module training on their own schedule, allowing flexibility to balance work and learning. 

Cohort-Based Training: A structured, five-week program with guided weekly deadlines, discussions, and mentor engagement to support learning progress. 

Completion time varies, but most learners complete each of the five modules in about two hours and the full training in about 10 hours.  

Self-Paced format: Learners and supervisors or mentors collaborate to set deadlines within a one-year timeframe.  

Cohort-based format: This structured, five-week training features set deadlines for assignments. It also includes discussion prompts to facilitate engagement between learners and their supervisors or mentors.
